“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” ― Eleanor Roosevelt

Mail!
Came home from a hard day at work to 3 packages!
My twin sent me goodies from the great northland; Naomi sent me a super cute hat; and Daniel sent me goodies! Yay! Naomi and Dan's cards made me laugh (snort even)...so that was pretty awesome.
Much love to you all for the love!

Basilica
Saturday morning found us at the basilica -- quite a place! All done by a father and son; amazing process.

Fourth floor and out
Big vintage shop.
I felt like I took more photos but it's that kind of place. So much more than shown. I mean there's a school bus and a ferris wheel on the roof and two planes and two fire trucks outside. The scale is off the charts and yes it's an 11 story bldg. of which they are using 4 floors of. Mind boggling.

What's in your privy?
The small items collections (and this is just a small fraction displayed) were all found in old privies in the area dating from the 1800s.
Architectural detail museum
World's largest pencil (the world's largest tennis racket has arrived but isnt installed yet)
Way more than can be photographed.

Aquarium
There's an aquarium in the city museum. I think this is the area that perhaps is the most neglected (it is financed and owned seperately from what I can tell. It is cool with a variety of exhibits/critters; but in need of some attention too.
