Radiation follow up

Got to see our favorite p.a. at the radiation oncology dept.

She checked in with me and examined the site. Advised me no heavy lifting with my right arm as it can lead to lymphodema and cautions when going on long flights as well.

I stopped by the information center at the hospital and did find more info on taking care of symptoms of chemo etc there; so that's helpful.

Basically, my skin is fine and should get no worse, though the tissue can get firmer/denser over time so that's kinda poopy.
